It’s impossible to make an appointment at this location. I tried booking online and received a system error. I called multiple times over a span of 3 days and was sent to voicemail or the call just went dead. I left a message Sunday and as of Tuesday, have not heard back. I am not one to leave reviews but I think the owner needs to know she/he is losing business. Very frustrating experience.

On 2/21/24 I paid $200 including a $40 tip with a Master Stylist only for all of the lashes to fall out within 48 hours. On 2/22/24 scheduled a correction with a different stylist because the original stylist wasn’t available. Arrived on 2/23/24 the stylist scheduled wasn’t interested and was eager to say she would be able to make the correction. Went in to a FIRST TIME service and I was referred by a friend. Came about 5 mins early. Was asked if I knew what I wanted and I showed a pic. The lash tech proceeded to do my lashes. She was very patient and sweet (which is why I gave it a 2star) once done I noticed it was much fuller than the pic. She told me they were out of the size which is why she used a volume. When I went to check out they tell me my total was $159 I asked how because my total was supposed to be $89( with the referral and it being my first time.) The... read more
