Very very bad place to come to for lashes. Very plastic and unnatural. Lash techs do not know what they are doing and don’t listen to your requests

I came here for my first time getting my brows tinted. I booked with a master thinking it would be a better service, but I left extremely disappointed and my money wasted. I showed her a picture of how I fill in my brows before the service and told her that I wanted them the same shape and color as my reference picture. When I looked in the mirror when we were done I was genuinely in shock. I understand it will be darker the first day, but the color she dyed them was completely wrong for my hair color. Do not come here is you want natural looking lashes. Unless you want to pay $200 for a master this place is not good at doing natural lashes. The lashes they use also look very plastic like. The management is not very good either the African American lady I spoke to at the front which is the store manager was not very friendly and inviting she looked and sounded very disinterested and bored..
