The service I received was awful, especially by a “master” lasher had to go back to have them fixed and I told the manager before they put anything else on me to please be honest bc I do have stubby lashes. The other lasher said it would be fine and lashed away for 2.5 hours. Next day the whole middle part of the lashes came out. As I should, I tipped both girls but asked for a refund bc I didn’t get the services I was supposed to. Everyone is so nice and professional. It’s like a red carpet treatment. All lash artist and master stylist are so amazing. All staff are very sweet and so down to earth. Mia is very nice and very bubbly. Update : I’ve been coming here for 4 years I’ve never had any problems with any front desk lc now I feel like my membership was canceled due my behavior and selfish as client I should not have act like I know I wasn’t understanding that know events come up. This location uses glue and lashes from Amazon not actual amazing lash brand products like other locations. They also do not pay their stylist for the work performed on you (clients). Not an ethical business.
My lashes were simply wonderful.
