I went here for years with only one stylist. When she left I tried to find another lash artist there and was disappointed with multiple stylists. Retention and lash quality were poor. I left a few months ago and would never look back. The responses to all the negative reviews on here have me cracking up. very unsatisfied . ALS wrongfully terminated my long standing membership I have been a member since 2021. I went out of the country recently and experienced cc fraud . I had to get a new card and deal with many issues regarding this unfortunate event . I reached out to ALS and shared this with them as one of my payments were being disputed .
