very unsatisfied . ALS wrongfully terminated my long standing membership I have been a member since 2021. I went out of the country recently and experienced cc fraud . I had to get a new card and deal with many issues regarding this unfortunate event . I reached out to ALS and shared this with them as one of my payments were being disputed . Rachel at the trinity location does my lashes perfect every time BUT the STAFF sucks …. They are constantly messing up my scheduled appointments.. I had a very big event today and bc they can’t get their scheduling in order I have to walk around with 4 lashes on my face …. And all they pretty much said was stuck it up… been coming here so long ! And this is nothing new
LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Sajah and Michelle are the sweetest ladies and always have a warm welcome when I come. Kiersten does my lashes and they are perfect every time 10/10
