Rachel at the trinity location does my lashes perfect every time BUT the STAFF sucks …. They are constantly messing up my scheduled appointments.. I had a very big event today and bc they can’t get their scheduling in order I have to walk around with 4 lashes on my face …. And all they pretty much said was stuck it up… been coming here so long ! And this is nothing new
LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Sajah and Michelle are the sweetest ladies and always have a warm welcome when I come. Kiersten does my lashes and they are perfect every time 10/10
I had a full set of lashes put on that fell off within two days, knowing that they had a few issues with the same stylist they offered a full set . So when I returned from my cruise I had them put on, I got a full blown allergic reaction to it being done the second time which makes no sense, they chose to do knowing about it even though i incurred doctor bills and prescription costs. It was like pulling teeth to even get the manager to return my phone calls but doesn't surprise me considering that they have complaints agains... read more
I made an appointment and when I came in the front desk woman Lillith was super welcoming and helped me with my questions about my service. I would definitely schedule an appointment here again because they made me feel like it wasn't a bother to be there and answered my questions with a smile.
