Unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate, and completely unwilling to work with the client. I booked a refill appointment and traveled from out of town for this service, only to leave extremely disappointed. My appointment was scheduled for 10:15 AM. The receptionist checked me in and notified the lash tech that I had arrived, yet the lash tech still came to get me at 10:30 am with no greeting, apology, or acknowledgment whatsoever. Great location although its a long drive for me. PTC AREA .. Its worth the drive.. Everyone I have met has been lovely. I have had several stylists, each of them have. Been extremely professional and know their craft and I was very happy with the results I highly recommend. Amazing last studio
People, please be careful with this lash studio. I tried to cancel my appointment for personal reason. They told me they couldn't cancel and they still have to charge me full price. I came in and got a full set classic lashes. I paid $220 with tip. The young lady did a horrible job. My lashes weren't full at all. My eyes were glued together. It looked like I was missing lashes especially on my left eye. plus my lash tech smelled like spoke or Marijuana. I feel like she didn't do a good job because she was under the influence... read more
