Listen to the bad reviews, my main complaints are 1. The appointment started 20 minutes late with no communication from staff 2. I was told at the end of my service that I had booked with an advanced tech and it was a $20 surprise up charge 3. Most painful lash experience I’ve ever had, from during the appointment to after 4. No aftercare instructions given

I waited 45 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment and did not receive any communication from the stylists about a delay. I tried to call the studio, as to not disturb other clients receiving their services but did not get an answer. I eventually had to knock on a studio door to reach somebody. I left 45 minutes later with no service completed. Not the studio for you if you have limited time and expect your experience to start on-time.

Canceled my membership today after several years of biweekly refills with mega volume upgrades each time. Why, you ask? The lovely new manager! She was kind enough to call me personally and tell me that because I was in a financially rough spot and had to cancel 2-3 appointments (all while paying the cancelation fees and tipping the stylists regardless), I was no longer welcome to book with my master stylist of 4 years unless I paid several days upfront for an appointment that has to be made several weeks upfront itself. I usually go to another location that is 10 minutes from my house. I was planning to be in the area of the EC location and decided to book an appointment. When I tell you, I will make the 45 minute drive each way for this kind of perfection. First off the greeting and the warm welcome was so inviting. Alicia popped out from behind those glass doors like a cheerleader and called my name. She asked about my concerns and went to work.
