My main salon is Alamo Ranch and they are FABULOUS!! On 10/2 I had to get an emergency fill and they had appts available. I was very disappointed that I was told to wash my lashes with a brown paper towel instead of the fluffy pink towels. I’ve been a member for years and would think all the salons operate the same..

i had gotten the lash deal and i gave my lash tech a 20 dollar tip on car so my total was 119 and i pay on the card reader and it takes the money out on my end but they said they didn’t receive it. so i call my bank and im told the transaction was successful so you would think they would try to look into their system but no they decided to ask me to pay AGAIN!? i told them no because i was spending money on myself that day and i didn’t have the kind of money to pay again after that day. if it their system they should be look... read more

I was disappointed with my experience during my most recent visit. I booked a lash lift and tint, but only received the lash lift. Amanda did a great job on my lashes, and I have no complaints about the service she provided. However, when I was leaving, the front desk associate asked how my service was. I mentioned that I didn’t receive the tint, and she told me that it wasn’t booked and that she could “send” me back to have it done if I wanted. I’ve been a client for over a year. My lash stylist Gabby is amazing, and my lashes always come out beautiful. I highly recommend Gabby over on Bandera Pointe location.

Everyone here is so awesome but Gabby is absolutely the best. She is so professional, kind, and it makes you feel so relaxed. Feels like your eyes get a spa day. It always amazes me that she even gets any eyelashes on because you can barely feel her applying them. This woman knows what she is doing.
