I canceled my appointment, but I was still charged for the subscription price I called their store and someone picked up and said that I couldn’t get a refund for the subscription until the owner was in the store which would’ve been a few days later according to her, no one reached out to me. I tried calling again today a couple of times no one picks up instead you immediately get a message from their AI generated service asking you what the issue is but no one actually responds once you put in an issue. I don’t typically write reviews, but I felt it was important to share some feedback regarding the exceptional service I have received from Mahtab. Mahtab is truly amazing and does such a high-quality job; I find that I can go four to five weeks after a full set. I also really appreciate how reliable and professional she is. I’ve been going to her for almost one year now and absolutely love the work she does.
My first experience here was amazing. Everyone here was so nice and friendly. Shout out to my lash tech Imani she did an amazing job and I will definitely be back for my fill in soon.
I love this place so much. I definitely recommend coming here. I always get my lashes done and they always end up being perfect. Everyone is so nice who works here and really cares about you and making sure that you enjoy your time while you’re getting whatever it is done that you need they also have so many things that you can get done. This place is truly amazing. GOOOO HERE
