I got a lash lift and time, plus an eyebrow tint, laminate and wax. The computer system somehow messed up my appointment and the company was really flexible fixing me up with another session. Azalea is so sweet, I have highly sensitive skin and I waited a week to write this but I can safely say I had zero allergic reactions! Wonderful studio, Tracy is awesome and I am grateful for a company that still prioritizes clients.

I canceled my appointment, but I was still charged for the subscription price I called their store and someone picked up and said that I couldn’t get a refund for the subscription until the owner was in the store which would’ve been a few days later according to her, no one reached out to me. I tried calling again today a couple of times no one picks up instead you immediately get a message from their AI generated service asking you what the issue is but no one actually responds once you put in an issue.
