I originally left a 5‑star review after my first visit on Tuesday, the 25th, but after everything that happened afterward, I need to update it to reflect the full experience. During my first visit, the office took my driver’s license and did not return it before I left. Instead of calling me, I later received a text message saying they still had it. The BEST experience I've ever had at any medical institution. I will be coming back here as the care that I received was thorough and every one of my concerns was drawn out in depth by and taken care of by Dr. Francis. I felt a large sense of relief upon my exit. I pray God blesses this medical institution.
