I can’t say enough about the charcuterie we recv’d from Amazing Graze Charcuterie Company. I wanted a charcuterie board for the ladies as they got hair and makeup on the day of my daughter’s wedding. Christal was very helpful in deciding which board to order. There was a slight glitch which I’m pretty sure was all on me but Amazing Graze made it work and even delivered the board to the salon they were at. We hired this business to cater a baby shower for my pregnant friend and paid $1,385. Less than 24 hours before the event, they canceled and completely disappeared. No refund, no response to emails, calls, texts, or messages — and it’s been almost a month. This caused so much unnecessary stress during what should have been a special celebration. Absolutely unprofessional and disappointing. I would never recommend this company to anyone planning an important event.

We booked this business for a catering event and paid $1,385. Unfortunately, they canceled less than 24 hours before the event and have not refunded a single dollar. It’s now been almost a month with no response to emails, calls, texts, or messages. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication is completely unacceptable. If you value reliability and honesty, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Hello we’ve reached out about the refund since you had to cancel our catering within 24 hours of the event and we have yet to hear back. Please provide an update as soon as possible as it’s been almost a month that you haven’t refunded any of the $1385 we paid for the event.

I have had everything from easy gourmet dinners for a week made (for post op), to more fun items like disco ball cups for the office, veggie boards for parties, Mother’s Day tin, savory boards, you name it!! And I would recommend 10/10 every single time!! Quality ingredients with a true artist touch.
