When I called Amazing Grace at 4:30 in the afternoon, I was throwing a Hail Mary that they could help my dad on his release from rehab. By 9am the next morning we had a care giver plan in place. Amazing Grace operations staff and aides worked with us and they adjusted as my dad’s needs changed. Their caregivers were kind, compassionate and reliable. I can't say enough about the caring staff who helped my 91 year old mother while I was out of the country on vacation. It was an "insurance policy" well worth the money. Everything from walking assistance to dressing and laundry - they did it all with "amazing grace". I've hired them before and would not hesitate to hire them again. I would recommend them to everyone.
My father was able to stay at home for three years with the help of Amazing Grace. The caregivers were very reliable, helpful, and very diligent with keeping health logs. The office was responsive for schedule changes and unexpected events. Overall, a great experience.
After 2 years of service, we continue to be VERY satisfied with the care and attention our mom is receiving. We have excellent relationships with her care givers, staff and company owner. We work in concert with their Team to problem solve her medical issues and emotional needs. Their communication is excellent
