The small team, personalized approach and genuine focus on our goal to get my mother back to independent living was truly impressive. While needing care for an aging parent is always stressful, Megan and team, were a calming influence, thoroughly professional and truly flexible, when dealing with everything from caregiver schedule changes to payments. Amazing grace is.. simply amazing! I have been the full time caregiver for my elderly Mom (who I love) but wanted to find someone who I could trust completely so I could relax knowing my precious Mom was in great hands. Amazing Grace has truly been wonderful. They are highly professional and caring - more than I ever expected. They went out of the way to make my brother-in-law comfortable and to fulfill all of his needs. I feel extremely lucky to have found them.
When I called Amazing Grace at 4:30 in the afternoon, I was throwing a Hail Mary that they could help my dad on his release from rehab. By 9am the next morning we had a care giver plan in place. Amazing Grace operations staff and aides worked with us and they adjusted as my dad’s needs changed. Their caregivers were kind, compassionate and reliable.
