I desired to use this agency because the caretaker we wanted was employed through them. I couldn't get a call back. I shared all my fathers information with receptionist and Case manager never called me back. I called again at he end of the week only to be placed on hold forever till I gave up. If this is what is to be expected....Nevermind.
Worked for a year here , was a great experience UNTIL I got treated like a guy off the street just because of my hair got my 5 day schedule reduced to 2 then 1 day and was being lied to about not being professional and not having proper etiquette … wouldn’t recommend this place they short staff on purpose and don’t raise
