We enlisted the services of Amazing Grace Hospice after our father was discharged from the hospital near death. From that initial phone call, Rick, Trish and the entire team of care workers and volunteers provided exceptional care to our father during what turned out to be an extended period of time. Amazing Grace Hospice care was top notch in my case. I called one morning about 10:00 to start up services for my husband and by 5:00 that same day we had all the equipment and every supply we could think of in our home up and running. A special thank you to Rick, Lisa, Larry, Erica, Cynthia, Michelle, and especially Angie you all made my husband’s final hours of life as stress free as possible and I can’t thank you enough. I will refer Amazing Grace whenever I can.

By far and away the best care we could have dreamed of for my father. Placing a loved one on hospice is truly one of the most difficult decisions my family and I have ever faced and we are eternally grateful to Amazing Grace Hospice for making the process so much easier. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for the best care for their loved one.

Hands down the most amazing team to work with when your loved one is in need of end of life care. We had the pleasure of working with Amazing Grace for 10 months after my grandfather was put on hospice. Everyone from office staff to the LVN's/RN's and their doctor top notch. My grandfather was so happy with their care and so were we. They have tons of resources to help in hard times.
