Very unprofessional and do not communicate. care givers hardly ever show up and when they do they’re unprofessional and degrading. Please don’t say you don’t know who i am because my family member received services from you in Kansas. You’re based in Hays Kansas. Megan, Rachel, Lindsey, and Lacey are the ones in the office that we have dealt with.
Amazing Grace has been such a blessing for our family..to allow Mom to stay at home for as long as possible and to give myself and my brothers peace of mind that she has someone physically present. And the caregivers have been attentive and treat all of us like family. Everyone with Amazing Grace works well together, with good communication with each other and our family. Amazing Grace was a godsend in keeping mom at home during her illness. Kelly made it easy to understand and set up, was very kind and caring and responded to any concerns or changes quickly. While there was so many great aids throughout the 8 months, Taylor was a constant and dependable companion and helper, Janell was an amazing source of help and Gina was a source of comfort and caring support at the end.
When we heard about the "Amazing Grace Homecare" we knew this had to be a special organization. Kelly and her son Isaac were so efficient with scheduling, payments, and sending caregivers. They made things stress free for us when we needed to attend activities. All of the Caregivers my mother had were so kind and willing to do whatever needed to be done. Amazing Grace has provided exceptional care for my parents! I cannot thank them enough for the care and love they provide. Connie loves my mom and Dad and is always busy improving their daily lives.
