I use this Carpet Cleaner and the experience was excellent. I got the deep cleaning and followed the instructions of the technician it dried well. John was very professional. I always used Stanley Steamer but I will continue to use his services in the future because he got the job done and for less.
If you want to be treated unprofessionally, rudely and have profanity to used at you when you have concerns r/e the job use this service. I utilized the service per an advertisement sign on Hwy 85. John Grace has absolutely NO cust svc skills. I had to call him back to ask what post cleaning instructions there are. I had never gotten my carpet cleaned before and didnt know what to expect or do.
