Terry was great! The walkthrough he does prior to installation is fantastic. He is very prompt with responses and super helpful throughout the process. The design could not have been easier. I had the Monkey Bar system installed in my garage to organize our 6 bikes. The system is great and gets the "toys" off the floor and out of the way so there is more room. The system is very versatile and Terry has great suggestions for storage solutions. I am going to have more installed for additional storage and keep things neat and organized.
