I visited this location last night for a Swedish massage. While I’m not new to massages, this was my first time at this place. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing and concerning. The therapist who attended to me was polite, but it was clear that she was certified nor experienced. For almost 25 minutes, she focused only on my left shoulder simply rubbing oil, despite my repeated requests for her to move to the other side. Not Good massage, she squeezed too hard on my wrist and lower body. My wife also went and wasn't happy. Finally when I was walking out and asked for change $20 bill and front desk receptionist throwed the change disrespectfully suggesting entire $20 tip.. bad demeanor

This place has incredibly poor customer service! The young girl at the front desk is terrible with customers! Also, the massage was mediocre. Low prices come with a cost. The girl at the front desk even threatened me when I didn't tip more. She took a photo of me and proceeded to yell, saying that I would never be allowed there again. It was without a doubt the most bizarre experience I have ever had at a massage spa. I am generally a generous tipper, but if the services are not up to par, my tip will reflect that.
