Amazing doctors, Dr. Brian Ratcliff was so welcoming and made this probably my best experience ever for my eye exam. Which is saying alot because I've been wearing contacts / glasses since I was 13ish. I'd highly recommend him for any eye care needs.
Dr. Brands is extremely friendly, open, knowledgeable, caring, and thorough! It was a pleasant and thorough examination!
Disrespectful of your time. Double books appointments and makes you wait an hour past your appointment to be seen. Totally unacceptable.
