Had a great class; no delicious. We learned cutting skills for onions, zuccinni n peppers. We sliced chicken breast for bamboo skewers, roasted veggies, personal pizzas, charred green peppers, tossed salad, prepared brussetta, and Polenta with roasted pepper sauce. Everything was superb. Delicious food with super easy instructions on how to make it at home! I had a lot of fun cooking some new foods & meeting some new people! Definitely would do it again!
