Prompt and professional. Both Fred, who diagnosed our problem, and James, who did our repair, were thorough and pleasant. Office staff were also polite and helpful.
My Father is 87 and this company has had is inside coil for two weeks saying they are repairing it. It has been well over 90 degrees for several days. They have not followed up and now he doesn’t have his coil or AC. Very poor service.
