I’ve hired Reggie twice to tighten carpets in my home. He is always punctual, professional, and leaves my carpets looking fantastic. If you’re looking to get the job done with no nonsense, no frills, and no worries, Reggie is your guy. And on top of all that, his rates are more than reasonable. Normally I leave 4 star reviews because I ignore 5 star reviews when I’m shopping around, but it looks like I need to help offset some silly bad reviews.

Amazing. The name says it all. Give him a call. Contacted Reggie Strickland last week about some trouble spots and listened to his recommendations. I then decided to hire him over the competition after reading several reviews. Today’s appointment went very smoothly. He’s fully vaccinated so no issues about coming in the home. I just had them stretch and then clean the carpets in a rental house that was turning over to a new renter. I had just a couple of days heads up, but Reggie was able to fit it in. All of the carpets look great. The old carpet in the basement looks better than it has in years. They really worked hard on them and reduced some stains that the national chains hadn't been able to do anything with. I recommend using Reggie for your carpet needs. Reggie was quickly responsive and worked with me since I had a tight schedule. He even works over the weekend and was willing to come on a Sunday to get the job done. He was pleasant and professional and the carpets in our rental house look great. What I really liked is that he lived up to what we had decided upon as to the time and the scope of the work.
