I hired Jose to replace all the blinds in a new property I recently purchased to rent out in Denver, CO. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Owner is careless, belligerent, difficult, and possesses a bad attitude. Ruined blinds he came to adjust, knocked down huge cornice through his own continual carelessness, and irreparably damaged Hunter Douglas shade. Bought us a fake shade and tried to pass it off as our Hunter Douglas replacement, and kept hanging up on us when we tried to discuss it. Took him to small claims court and he lost on every count. Wow! I was so pleased to find Jose after looking for a long time for blind repair services. He was so pleasant to work with and he was very fair with our repair needs. The work on our 11 year-old faux wood blind was done quickly, expertly and affordably. You can't ask for more than that!
