I had a fantastic experience at this salon, and I can't recommend it enough! Brenda worked on my hair, and she did an amazing job. She was not only skilled but also incredibly attentive throughout the entire visit. She made sure I was comfortable, even asking if I wanted water or coffee, which made the experience feel extra special. I’m so happy with the results and will definitely be returning for my next appointment.
Super unprofessional. Made an appointment over a week in advance. Night before 8am appointment get an automatic message it was rescheduled. Stylist didn't reach out or communicate. Then I come for my rescheduled later appointment and she's not even have way done doing someone else's color. Adjusted my work schedule around her schedule for nothing.
This was my first time doing a facial and VIVI took care of me and explained everything in detail of what I would feel and experience ! She made the process very smooth and easy for me and I definitely will be comming back to her for my next appointments !! She was amazing
