Jack was amazing! Not only is he the owner that came to my home but he went above and beyond to get our A/C unit fixed asap during the hottest day of the year. He showed up exactly at the time he had quoted and found the issue within minutes. I highly recommend Amazing Air for all your A/C needs and thanks again for your excellent customer service and empathy!
Jack and his team were the absolute best. My wife and I called at least seven companies when we needed to replace our heat pump. Jack beat the next best offer by several thousand dollars, for the exact same make system. It was just before New Year's, and he was able to schedule us right after the holidays. He showed up on time, did the job fast and answered all our questions with professionalism and patience.
