Would give them zero if possible. We're not given the rooms we booked. Rooms were not ready apon arriving. Then sat and waited in the hallway while rooms were being cleaned. Took us to the wrong room and entered, it was already occupied. Entered our room after check-in when we were not there. Water damage and Mould throughout the room smelling as a result. Fixtures and fittings broken or not working. And unclean. I have photos to prove but an unable to post.

Very disappointed and upset having booked to enjoy a holiday as a family of 4 to be told after 8.5hrs of driving to get there, there was no car parking available when on the site it states there was. Why advertise parking if you only have 7 car parks and 100 plus apartments and can’t have enough parking for all guests. Showed up and the parking they promised was never there. Asked us to park in Woolies for $25 every 4 hours. Called 1 week before coming and promised the pool and spa was running. When we showed up the spa and pool had been out of order for weeks. The man who booked was meant to book us in has been really abusive and yelled at our son when he was upset that the pool was down.
