Terrible landlord. They have a tenant they refuse to do anything about when it has been documented by police that he has harassed and threatened neighbors. Still they refuse to discipline and plan to renew his lease.
Lazy, dishonest, cowardly, rude. They don't exactly run a tight ship. Failed to check if a landlord's reference came through before telling us it hadn't, hours after it had. Deeply unprofessional behavior, Amber quite literally did not do her job. Do not give this place your business. Ignore everything they say. Down $90 in application fees just from their failure. Don't make the same mistake.
