Edit: 08/21/2025 Amax to the rescue. A sudden storm cell popped up at roughly 4:00 p.m. knocking a tree down which destroyed my weather head and service mast. City utilities could not re-hook it unil it was repaired. I called Amax asking if they could come out same day letting them know I would pay the extra service fee and they showed up within 45 minutes. They got everything taken care of, cleaned up after themselves and even earned the praise of a couple of veteran guys on the city utilities crew that said they did a good... read more
