My grandmother was with Amavi for a few visits after she was discharged from the hospital. All the nurses would showed up in our house anytime of the day without calling us in advance for the appointment or scheduling and lied about it that they called and no one answered or they called and call goes to voicemail but those were all lies. My grandma says she has her phone with her no one ever called her or left a message but they kept denying afterwards. I recently used Amavi for several in-home nursing visits for my father. The registered nurse who cared for my father was phenomenal. Mark was caring, patient, compassionate, and professional. He communicated everything clearly and was great at answering our questions. Mark went above and beyond to ensure that my father got excellent care. I recommend Amavi without reservations.
