The gentleman that takes orders should probably not be in the service industry. When service is so bad that you just want to go somewhere else, you may have an employee issue and thats terrible for business. Food took longer than normal but that was clearly because one employee again was wondering rude and entitled while the others struggled to get orders out.
Not bad at all for quick stop with the grandkids
