Had a fantastic solo day at the spa with a massage, sauna/steam, lunch, mineral pool and a pedi. Great service and my provider (Quinn) was wonderful. Going to be an annual recharge day.
This was an absolute waste of time and money. I booked one of their specials, "indian scalp massage" which came with a back massage. What I recieved was someone wiping oil on my back (zero massage) and squirting oil on my scalp with some light tapping (zero scalp massage, not even a hint of massage). For $160+ I was completely underwhelmed and frankly ripped off. I also brought a friend for her birthday for the same treatment and when we were comparing notes our treatments were very different. I had an amazing experience today ,i originally booked for facial treatment and I last minute changed it into a tailored massage instead, they responded so fast and made the quick changed to my appointment! The receptionist was so sweet and friendly! The entrance of the hotel is amazing and the spa alone upon entering makes you feel so relaxed already! I will definitely come back! After a previous unpleasant experience elsewhere, I was honestly anxious about trying Botox again— but I'm so glad I gave this spa a chance. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. The staff was welcoming, the space was clean and calming, and most importantly, the doctor really listened to me. This is a relaxing environment with excellent staff providing a good variety of services. I had the upgraded paraffin wax pedicure today and it looks great. I liked the good assortment of gel polish colours and was very happy with the end result. Thank you to Arsh who provided the service.
