Best in Rochester with horrible attitude. Owner knows everything about anything and is very closed minded to ideas or opinions that are different from her own. She (owner) obviously cant work well with others so thank god she has her own shop and works alone. Complains about paying shop rent but is closed most days of the week and turns new business away with horrible attitude. I get my nails done here every three weeks for a few years now. Suzy Syracuse is the very Best. No walk in service. All by appointment only. Not currently taking new clients. That can change maybe as time moves on.
