It's very difficult to get through to them on the phone after something like 4 PM. They should just turn the system off because it seems like they just can't pick up at that point.
Overall Summary of our experience is that we have a great garage door now that is smooth, light to operate, was not that expensive and we are happy with it. However: -We received the door panels with a protective sticker coating on them that when you peel it off, leaves a sticky clear residue on the door panels that we are still cleaning off months after installation. I was told by A1 Garage Doors that it would take 6 months for installation of my Amarr garage door. I gave them a $5,000 deposit and we are now at 9 months + and still no word. It's been an awful experience. I understand backlog but they have overpromised and way underdelivered.
