UPDATE - NO Longer the BEST Italian in the East Bay – Update: 9/10/10 This restaurant has changed management and menu. I have been there twice now with the new menu and it is simply average now. The new manager bad-mouths the former owner and his style of running his restaurant (overheard him talking to other tables). The food is simply okay.
