Best Italian restaurant around. Quality of food matches any fine dining Italian restaurant in San Francisco but with better prices. I highly recommend this spot not only for a romantic night out but also a family night out. I promise there will be no complaints. Enjoy!
UPDATE - NO Longer the BEST Italian in the East Bay – Update: 9/10/10 This restaurant has changed management and menu. I have been there twice now with the new menu and it is simply average now. The new manager bad-mouths the former owner and his style of running his restaurant (overheard him talking to other tables). The food is simply okay. They don't have the signature Amarone wine any longer either. The pasta has been overcooked and chewy and the sauce is very acidic. The risotto is bland. The value for the price is simp... read more
