I didn't know what to expect and was very nervous about my first visit. From the time my husband and I arrived we were shown kindness, understanding and compassion from Dr. Shackelford and his staff. He took the time to read the report my specialist Dr. Herbst has on me and discussed his thoughts and my options. I'm very grateful for Dr. Shackelford. I wish I could have him as my primary doctor.
