Very prompt and courteous! I had an issue with my solar panels (installed by someone else) just suddenly stop working. The original company took 5 months of arguing and never came back to install. I found Solar Pros online, received a call within an hour, and they fixed the problem very quickly. I'm impressed and will definitely call them again if I need help.

Fast, courteous, safety first, excellent follow up and support Professional team from start to finish finish After 1+ years post installation, I’ve had 2 off grid episodes. Panels quit charging batteries and when batteries were depleted I had no power whatsoever. Support is much less than desired

Our solar had been down for 8 months with no response from the original installer, I called Amarillo Solar Pros and the system was restored in a very short period of time and at a low cost. I would recommend them to anyone needing solar or solar repair.

Another solar company subcontracted Amarillo Solar Pros for my install. My only wish is that I had hired Solar Pros directly. They did an amazing job, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was done and set up correctly. Communication was great. I can't recommend enough.
