I went in for a consultation for my daughter’s jaw. We were called the day before and told about how to check in and stuff. No problem. We get to the counter and she informs we had to make a $500 payment upfront. No big deal but she said I was told the day before when they called. I absolutely was not. The lady kept cutting me off and just flat out lied about stuff. It was ridiculous. They are so unprofessional.

Customer service is terrible. The first time we went they made us wait for an hour and half because they didn’t check information prior to appointment, after waiting we rescheduled to give them enough notice to check insurance. Second time we went, they again didn’t check insurance PRIOR to appointment. My son has insurance but due to being adopted there was a name change and they are being unreasonable and and extremely rude because of an apostrophe. They were super helpful and professional from beginning to end. I had all four wisdom teeth removed and I was going to have a possible mandibular tori reduction. I was informed that it wasn't necessary unless I started having issues such as ulceration with my tori. That was a huge relief and money saver. Also, due to a heart valve issue I have, my surgeon, Dr. Gonzalez, had me do some labs and and an EKG before doing my surgery. he wanted full medical clearance before continuing. from scheduling my consultation to completing my procedure, this office has it together. friendly, super friendly staff, efficient service, and i didnt feel a thing during procedure or pain after getting three teeth removed. excellent Drs excellent staff , superb experience. love kelly, Evelyn, and Doc Gonzales. not one complaint.

I went to the Farewll location and Dr. Graves and the staff were amazing !! They made my sooo nervous experience 100% safe and comfortable. Four wisdom teeth pulled out and I have no pain thanks to this facility and the meds. I recommend this place to anyone!
