I love ALVC. I have done several Photo Facials! The results really are amazing. I love all the staff as well. Definitely my place for all my skin care needs!
There appears to have been a complete turn around in staff, perhaps due to the COVID situation (this was my sixth trip to ALVC). Before the turn around, the level of professionalism was outstanding. Now, I can't in good conscience recommend them. I hope they will improve to the level of client care they were so known for. I'm sad about this happening.
From the staff to the standards of aesthetics: I absolutely love this place
They never made good on their word. One of their technicians burned my nose and lip badly while treating spider veins. The two places really blistered up and left very noticeable scars. I was given some Obagi face cream on my first post treatment visit. I did exactly as the technician told me to do. On the second visit, Dr. Jarrous looked at the scarring and said he would consult with a fellow doctor and then call me to come in and fix it. Alex has been doing Photo Facials on me and she is an absolute joy to be around while being thorough and professional. She is easy to talk to about different procedures and has me on a skincare regimen that is truly making a difference. I look forward to every visit. The place is beautiful also!
