I couldn't be happier with how the whole process went. I had interviewed a few Estate Sale companies and decided Brad's experience and process would work best for my situation. Brad was very competitive on his takes/commissions, but also upfront on expectations and delivered on everything he said he would do including clearing-out the property after the sale. Even though I live out of town, I knew everything was being handled, even the extras Brad did without me asking. Thank you, Brad.
Brad and team did a great job for our family. Came in and did what it took to successfully execute the sale, nothing for us to worry about. Sold everything, didn't have a bunch of stuff to be hauled off, exactly like I expected. Good job Brad and Amarillo Estate Liquidators.
Brad was an absolute savior and rescued me. Without him I would have needed a bomb. Got a call and arrived to a mess beyond explanation!! Brad came in told me no worries he could take care of it and I could get back home! So now my sister is healing and I am home and all is done!! Brad provided just the service we needed!! We had a very limited amount of time to get the contents out of my mother-in-law’s home prior to closing. Brad was very efficient and took care of everything just as he said he would do.
