Front desk is very unkind. I understand that they aren’t accepting new patients but I felt like I couldn’t even speak a word. They were very dismissive and that’s not what you need in a pediatric office.
Dr. Scott is the kindest most caring and loving doctor I have ever had the privilege of knowing. I developed a chronic disease after cancer and despite other doctors not believing me, Dr. Scott always did. She never stopped trying to help me. She is the most wonderful doctor you could trust the care of your child with.
Dr. Scott is one of the most thorough, compassionate, and caring doctors I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. She’s cared for my sons beyond the norm, and I can’t recommend her and her staff enough!
I love the nurses and doctors but the front desk really needs better customer service. This is the second time I call and they were so rude and would not hear what I had to say due to them being booked. Which I understand, but the person I spoke to could have had better tact when talking to a worried parent. When we do go in to our appointments I also would say that they are not very friendly, they are always in a hurry and lack smiles. Dr. Medford and staff have gone above and beyond for our family. I’m extremely grateful for such a wonderful clinic.
