The dental technician Jalissa left horizontal drill lines on my molars on both sides after a cleaning. She did not take the necessary care. Would advise against being seen by her.
DO NOT GO HERE! I was seen after weeks of back and forth with the office regarding insurance (which they gave me wrong guidance about). Then I needed a follow up appointment and have been calling the office for THREE weeks straight and cannot get in contact with the office. Dr. Jacobo was kind, it's a shame the office is run this way. Extremely unprofessional. I would recommend you go anywhere else if you want to be seen more than once in your lifetime here.
DO NOT GO HERE dentist drilled a hole into my tooth, didn’t document it was a root canal she worked on so refused to work on it. Now I’m left with no front tooth, had to go somewhere ELSE to get it pulled and now have to pay for implant. BEWARE.
Appointment was for 12, did not get called back until after 2. Had I not read the reviews, I would’ve been surprised, perhaps even furrowed my brow. I went here knowing they overbook every time slot, so all that’s left to review is the service which was great
