I’m a 2026 bride and came here to find my perfect dress. I didn’t have high hopes because I’m so picky and particular about what I wear. But when I came in and told Erica what I was looking for and showed her my inspiration photos, it was like she read my mind and conjured the perfect dress out of my brain! She was so incredibly kind, attentive, and well-versed in her craft. I am so incredibly thankful for her love for her job, her stylish eye, and her intuition. This was truly an experience I’ll remember forever.
Still charging me a $100 cancellation fee after only sending the confirmation email 24 hours in advance, non of the emails talk about the cancellation policy, couldn’t log onto the website to see what the policy was, once I cancelled the appt I didn’t get an email talking about being charged or the cancellation policy. Erica was such an amazing person to work with! Not only is she extremely kind and very fun, but she has a great talent for matching a dress to your vision! She provided amazing options to start off and was able to easily adjust based on my reaction and feedback. She kept the timing of the appointment moving smoothly while allowing me to really enjoy the experience of trying on each dress (and loving all of them might I add).
