Great place I had an amazing experience getting permanent jewelry, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The process was quick, painless, and professionally done. The staff made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly before starting.
Had a great time. Came in for my birthday, they didn’t have any more stock for the chain I wanted, however, Saint recommended some beautiful alternatives and got my my beautiful birthday jewelry! 10/10
I had a wonderful experience here getting my permanent bracelet. The store feels more like a comfy designer studio，warm lighting, thoughtful displays, and jill genuinely cares about helping you choose something that fits your style. The bracelet itself is delicate, elegant, and beautifully welded. It’s the kind of piece that feels personal, like a quiet everyday companion.
Staff is very kind and friendly. If you do go on the weekend, make sure to be prepared to wait a bit and they balance appointments and walk ins. I asked for my permanent bracelet to be a bit longer and they recommended against it. I followed their expertise but given the cost and fact that I can’t take it off unless I break it off, I wish I pushed back and got it slightly longer than what it is. It’s a little too short and tight on my wrist now.
Jill did an amazing job. My friend and I came in for matching perminant bracelets and got a beautify gold/silver mix chain. Amazing service, she did a great job helping us choose and soldering the bracelets to our arms!
