I can’t recommend Amare Healing Arts enough if you're looking for actual Manual Lymphatic Drainage in Nj to help with swelling. I’ve been to both their Elizabeth and Highland Park offices for lymphatic massage after c-section post partum swelling. Amare helps with post-op massage after liposuction to get rid of swelling and fibrosis after surgery, compression garments, Vodder MLD for lymphedema, and Lipedema, pretty much any swelling that won't go away. Ashley at Amare Healing is amazing. She has healed my 30 years of diagnosed but unexplained left leg lymphedema. Only Ashley was able to pinpoint the issue with multiple childhood ankle sprains being the root cause of the leg swelling. She has an extraordinary understanding of how the lymphatic system works.
