Dr Dy took her time to explain things to me which I really appreciated. She was honest, straight to the point and had a plan set for what we needed to do next. However, the receptionist and admin staff need to work on their customer service. Women come to this clinic with sensitive issues and may already be nervous or anxious prior to the appointment. I received a text saying I had an upcoming appointment. I didn't book this appointment so I tried calling to get more information. I called early, just after 9am, and I got a "please hold" message, follow by less than 30 seconds of hold music. After that a recording said "we have not received a valid response, please try again". Regardless of response (I tried every number/ symbol, as well as doing nothing), I got disconnected. Please fix your phone lines.
I saw Dr. Bakhet today and I honestly can't express enough how comfortable he made me feel. He let me explain all of my concerns without interrupting or rushing things and he took his time to discuss everything with me afterwards. I'm not one to write reviews but I truly think he deserves this. Such an angel! Thank you, you're the best.
Dr. Storness-Bliss is truly an incredible doctor. From the very beginning, she took the time to really get to know me—not just as a patient, but as a person. She creates a space where you feel seen and heard, and never talks down to you. It feels like you're talking to someone who sees you as an equal, not just another appointment on the schedule.
