I would like to raise a serious concern regarding our experience with Dr. Bakhet and the way he treated my wife during her recent visit. She is already struggling with depression, and unfortunately, she left the appointment feeling even more distressed and discouraged. Dr Dy took her time to explain things to me which I really appreciated. She was honest, straight to the point and had a plan set for what we needed to do next. However, the receptionist and admin staff need to work on their customer service. Women come to this clinic with sensitive issues and may already be nervous or anxious prior to the appointment. I received a text saying I had an upcoming appointment. I didn't book this appointment so I tried calling to get more information. I called early, just after 9am, and I got a "please hold" message, follow by less than 30 seconds of hold music. After that a recording said "we have not received a valid response, please try again". Regardless of response (I tried every number/ symbol, as well as doing nothing), I got disconnected. Please fix your phone lines.
I saw Dr. Bakhet today and I honestly can't express enough how comfortable he made me feel. He let me explain all of my concerns without interrupting or rushing things and he took his time to discuss everything with me afterwards. I'm not one to write reviews but I truly think he deserves this. Such an angel! Thank you, you're the best.
