Had a hard time making an appointment in February. fFnally got one. Arrived to find that Dr. Melendez is no longer there. The staff is different. Front desk person basically spilled the beans about the office being a chaotic mess. Against my better judgement I went forward with the cleaning. Hygienist was fine. Dr. who looks 11 years-old, showed up for 2 seconds to look at my mouth then hurriedly left. This used to be a wonderful office! Since Amara took over and closed the office, they refuse to take messages, return phone calls, or give me my dental records. I would NEVER do business with this organization!
So I haven't been there since Dr Melendez was there probably sometime in October of 2019. No one told me what happened to him, and the staff started to dissappear without the "new" people knowing what's going on. Super sketchy to me. Then I hear about insurance fraud from other people around town. Then here's where the story starts, i get a letter that I owe money. Is this practice still in business? I spoke with someone from the office a few months ago and was told they are only taking emergency appointments.
