Dr Patel has a great reputation as a surgeon. But I feel he is lacking in empathy. That is a huge problem with a lot of Drs. My 86 year old mother underwent a procedure to improve her quality of life. It’s TAVR. During the surgery she had a dissection if the aorta, from the procedure, which caused a stroke.
