Amar gave us a listing price for our house that we were told would attract a lot of interest. However, the marketing was weak and the feedback from showings was not relayed to us promptly. We saw very few offers, and eventually sold below what we had hoped for. When I asked for more aggressive strategies or suggestions, the responses were vague (“we’ll try more advertising”, “we’ll wait for better offers”) but little action. I felt left in limbo during the process—and in the end, disappointed with the result vs expectations.
My experience with Amar Arora was disappointing because of delays in the closing process. Documents were submitted late, there were several administrative errors, and I wasn’t kept in the loop about what was holding things up. Each time I asked, I got vague promises that “everything will be sorted” but no concrete explanations. This meant extra stress and unexpected last‑minute fees. For what I paid in commission and service, I expected smoother management of all the paperwork.
It was all thanks to Amar that we were able to sell our current home at a great price. He understood all of our wants and needs and showed us many great options for a new home. Because of him, we were able to purchase our new home at an amazing price; we couldn’t be happier. Overall, Amar was extremely patient and kind, you will not regret working with him.
