A'mano Fresh Pasta is a wonderful spot for a fresh and satisfying meal. The pasta is delicious, clearly made with care, and full of flavor. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with recommendations. Great food, great service, and a pleasant atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit!
We visited Amanos after a while. In the past, they were more of a quick bite place where they had smaller plates of make your own pasta. We really liked to be able to grab a good portion at reasonable prices. However, now they're more of a sit down restaurant with bigger portions. We were caught off-guard because we were expecting something else. The food was still decent but it has definitely changed. Portion of pasta is large but protein could be a bit more like before.
One of the most unique dining experiences I've had. They've almost got the ordering experience down, but it could use some work. The music is sometimes a bit loud to be able to properly speak to whoever is taking your order. I would either turn that down or get some kind of way to amplify the voices of who is taking your order. It's also not exactly clear when you should be providing what part of your order.
