As I am more than mildly obsessed with fine dark chocolate, I was introduced to Amano Artisan Chocolate at Sundance Resort this winter. My husband and I bought three bars with the cocoa beans originating from different parts of the world to compare flavors. We chose Dos Rios (DR), Madagascar, and Ocumare (Venezuela). Your chocolate bars are exquisite! Top quality dark chocolate bars through and through. All of them! My favorites are your Dos Rios and Ocumare bars. FYI I discovered Amano bars here in Sacramento through Taylor's Market.
Truly amazing artisan chocolate. Perfect mouth feel, complex chocolate flavor, bean to bar. FABULOUS!
