Earlier this week I had attempted to make an appointment for a psychiatric assessment. When the clinic called to inquire what I was looking for I had misspoke on the phone and said the words neuropsych assessment, when in reality what I wanted and what I described over the phone was the process of a psychiatric assessment- which is a service the website for this clinic claims to provide.
